The 12th Queensland Indigenous Women Rangers Network Forum (QIWRN 2026) takes place on 3-5 March 2026 at the State Library of Queensland in South Brisbane.

QIWRN 2026 On Country Activities

QIWRN 2026 On Country Activities will be a day trip to the beautiful Tamborine Mountain Glades with a choice of ONE out of three activities. Bus departs Brisbane at 7:30am and returns to Brisbane at 3:00pm. The cost includes the activity, lunch and return bus transfer from Brisbane. Please choose ONE ACTIVITY ONLY from the below options. Tamborine Mountain Glades - TreeTop Challenge (1.5 hours) - $80

The TreeTop Challenge at Tamborine Mountain offers an exceptional team-building experience amidst the natural beauty of Queensland's hinterland. As Australia's largest high ropes adventure park, it features over 120 treetop activities, including 13 ziplines, spread across ten acres of lush bushland and rainforest. Participants can navigate courses ranging from easy to extreme, promoting trust, communication, and collaboration within teams. The park's design accommodates individuals aged eight and up, making it suitable for diverse groups seeking to enhance cohesion and morale. Engaging in these physical challenges amidst a serene environment encourages personal growth and strengthens group dynamics, resulting in a memorable and impactful team-building adventure.
